Delete account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. You can create a new account later with the same number by entering an OTP.

On the website
- Log in.
- Open “My account” → “Privacy”.
- Press “Delete account” and confirm.
In the app
Profile → “Delete account” → confirm.
Without logging in
Write “Delete my account” with your registered number on WhatsApp, phone or email (see the contact page). We may contact that number to confirm it is you. We reply within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, language, notification choices, saved addresses and app device tokens.
- Active bookings are cancelled.
What may be kept
Past booking records (booking ID, date, service, colony, amounts, refund status) without your name, for up to 1 year where the law or tax rules need it. Security logs for up to 1 year.
